Amarina Farm was established in 2006 and specialises in thoroughbred agistment and sales preparation. It is run by respected Hunter Valley horseman Craig Anderson and his wife Sue in partnership with Gavin Murphy and Catherine Donovan. Gavin and Cath were born and raised in Australia but are now based in New York. They visit the farm regularly and often visit during sale time. Set over 420 acres, the knowledgeable team at Amarina ensure the farm is always running efficiently and the horses are provided with first-rate, safe facilities, and the best nutrition available. Our facilities include two horse walkers, yearling barns, two sets of covered yards,three crushes, dedicated foaling area under floodlights, grassy nine-day yards, three crushes for vet work, yearling runs, large paddocks with top quality pasture, and a quarantine area equiped with foaling area, crush, large and small paddocks, yards, and loose boxes. |
